Everything in the purchase suits, a very necessary product.

I have been using it for about 4 years, with an old Sony NW-A805 player. The Clear Bass feature gives great bass here, which combined with good mid-highs and great positioning (since they are playable) puts you on stage with your favorite band :) I especially advise for an alternative, it is difficult to choose a bunch better, and if you take into account the relatively low price . Compared with a bunch of Cowon V5 + Audio-Technica ATH-M50. These also sound good (although they cost 3-4 times…

Surprised how good these headphones are!

Love these headphones. Perfect balance with bass. If you have a thick case on your phone, you need an extra long one, but otherwise? Ideal. Very nice lining. Very convenient. Added a few photos to show how much padding.

Pros
  • Brilliantly made
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than others

not what I bought - in-ear headphones

looks like a recycled page. They don't list the ones I originally bought. even these are similar. The ones I bought have a spare cable. what was the point of buying them. I bought them for my mother. She always frays the laces. She passed away two years ago and I've been using the ones I bought ever since. they are pretty good and have lasted a long time. They are just not what is listed. Don't trust the rating of the review. What is listed is not the original product sold here

Poor sound uncomfortable

I bought these to upgrade a pair of $5 headphones I bought at a discount store that I use to listen to music at work (and block people's conversations) . After using these JVCs for a week, I went back to my old ones. The sound quality on them is terrible. It's slurred, the vocals are buried, but the bass is pretty weak too. Some other reviews say they sound decent with the amp, but I won't be spending money to find out. Another issue with them is comfort. They feel comfortable at first, but the

Don't trust other reviews

I trusted other reviews that the sound quality was good. From day one I found the sound quality very poor. Unfortunately I don't like these headphones anymore over time! The sound quality is poor, the soundproofing is poor and they are just uncomfortable! The top part that rests on my head is just sore. I wish I had returned them sooner, but I kept them in the hope that I would like them better later. I did not. JVC, if you are reading this I would like a refund. I send them back, I do…

They even take the top spot among cheap headphones.

Professional quality: For the price, the sound quality is still pretty good. Like the speakers, the headphones are semi-comfortable and the headphones are not too loose on the head. You don't need the necessary battery to use them like some pricier headphones. They do a pretty good job of reducing ambient noise. Lightweight.Con Quality: The cable is very long. I can jump rope as long as they are connected to my phone. The connector is not long enough to connect when you use it for your…

Good sound for the price, comfortable (good cheap mallets). (Paid $14) I would recommend these at this price versus similar products at Revain under $30 otherwise $40 will get you great quality from entry level Superlux or Sennheiser/Audio-Technica headphones. Comfort 7/10 - I wear them for a long time. on/off all day with no problems. Some homemade top pads can be used as the pressure is not evenly distributed as they are hollow in the middle. Build quality 7/10, looks cheap but surprisingly…

the answer to aching ears

Notes that should be obvious in the product description: These are stereo headphones with no microphone or an iPhone-style 'remote' button. The cable is not modular and cannot be replaced. After a dozen hours of wearing headphones, the pressure on almost every part of the ear begins to become uncomfortable. With headphones, the outer canal gets in the way, but with normal in-ear headphones, the pressure on the tragus and outer lobe starts to bother me. The JVC headphones are very large, more…

EXTREMELY BAD STRUCTURED, hands off!

Don't even think about buying these headphones, they sound great but very poor construction. I had a very hard time installing the new ones without damaging them as they came with no instructions. After about 6 months, both speaker sleeves have completely detached from the halo because they are attached with a very small self-tapping screw. Painted black to blend in with the rest and hide the cheapness of construction. The self-tapping screw completely ripped off the piece of plastic on the…

JVC HARX500 outperforms 6 others in comparative tests

I was on a podcast looking for an affordable solution that offered three key factors: convenience, clarity and compactness. The comfort factor was the most important because if you invite several of your guests to wear them for an hour, they should feel like there is nothing there. Clarity for sound quality and so your guests can hear themselves clearly. Compactness for a podcast that needs to be spread across multiple locations. I tested this JVC HARX500 with the following devices: JVC…
