Disappointing Brake System Upgrade

My analysis of this product showed that it failed to deliver the upgraded braking performance promised. The installation process was complex and required professional assistance. The only pro was the ceramic material that reduced brake noise. Overall, this automotive upgrade did not live up to my expectations and I do not recommend it.

Works great on LX470 Lexus rotors

I've been using these rotors for about 2 years with no problems. They also work great in mountainous terrain and with a fully loaded car.

Pros
  • Perforated and slotted for maximum cooling. They are galvanized for maximum rust protection.

Distorted too early.

Installed two months ago on my 2000 Landcruiser which warped after less than 2000 miles. The cheap Autozone rotors/pads lasted the longest for this car and the rotors lasted the life of the pads without warping. I change rotors every time I change pads, wish I had left the Autozone rotors on and just changed the pads this time. I've tried DBA 4x4 slotted rotors in the past, they lasted a bit longer than these power limiters, but they also warped.
