Excellent brakes on Mazda 6s 02-08

They've been sitting for about a week, they work fine so far everything is fine, instructions were on everything, spare clamps and spare guide pin boots. The only downside was that the rubber boots in the back were far from the original, so they didn't match the brakes. Apart from this great product I would definitely recommend it

Pros
  • Expensive but decent
Cons
  • Difficult to remember but it was

I have suffered from warped rotors every 3-5k miles with OEM/premium crap class by Adv Auto and azones Then I installed them in December 2013 and they were great! (Mazda 6s 2003) If you want to get the full potential out of them I would recommend installing stainless steel brake lines, rebuilding the stock front calipers and installing new pins and springs. Get this kit and "brake badly".

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • old

Great set of brakes!

It comes with everything but two screws to hold the rotor in place before you put the wheel back on but ask people you don't need those screws so ok. I haven't made rotors or pads on my 2004 Mazda 6 i Sport since 2008, so I had to drill through the bolts on the old rotors to remove them because they were pretty tight. Two bolts broke off my hub assembly and I had to replace them so I figured it was time to replace the rotors and pads as I had to take them off anyway and why put the old ones…

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • boring packaging

Good replacement for brake kits

Although I couldn't find an empty box, this box meets my needs as a direct replacement for the Mazda 6 original kits. The brake pads are quiet and the pad adhesion is decent. for road trips. The Mazda 6 I Drive is a non-ABS base model, so pairing these brakes with the Toyo R1R kit really made a difference in stopping power and modulation was better than stock soft pads. Brake dust is pretty minimal but it does show up after a 2 week commute but it's nothing major that can't be fixed with a…
