not like flame retardant. The adjustable part keeps loosening and eventually falls out. now use as decoration. go with firestick

Just what I needed for my day cab

Performance is better than I expected when paired with the Galaxy DX-929 CB. I even took a few barefoot shots with a spiked and tuned CB

Pros
  • Hands free operation
Cons
  • Slightly dented

Excellent short antenna

Best 2 foot pole I could find. Decent range, with it on the hood I could clearly hear someone about a mile away through buildings and trees. Feels as strong as any other fiber optic antenna. The silver tip adds a nice finishing touch.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Good but not great

good deal on antennas and parts

is a very good low profile. I need this to get under the canopy. The way I installed them on the back of my truck they are only 2 inches above the cab and I still get good reception and transmission. I can jump with them with a prickly and tuned radio without an amplifier

Pros
  • stylish and modern design
Cons
  • quality

super flex? Could the name of the product be more misleading?

Superflex? Eee no. Even Sortaflex. That thing is hard as a board! The three foot 2x4 has a lot of flexibility. As soon as I received it, I realized I had been scammed into buying the Firestick and lured in by the fancy word "Superflex". The clever marketing ploy worked. Bought to save money. Instead of listening to my rational side, I decided to keep it to myself and installed it on my Jeep Cherokee. Looks good and gives my Jeep a more legitimate off-road look "I've got a cool CB radio". But…
