🚴 Kali Strike Off-Road BMX Cycling Adult Elbow Guard for Enhanced Protection Review

Only used once so far but happy with my purchase so far. The insert of the FL is warm in summer and it allows ventilation. I have big hands so size XL is narrow but keeps them in place. I'm about to be too tight, but once you're on the road you'll forget it and be glad you have protection. The first reaction is that the new pads offer some protection in the event of a fall. Hope you never find out!

The first set of elbow pads. I bought these because YouTube reviews described the breathability of the product as top notch. Although I've never ridden the other bulky pads, I ride them in Florida in 100 degrees and they're certainly fun (I don't get hot). I've fallen a few times and they definitely do their job. Now I don't know how well they protect you when you're riding DH parks at crazy speeds, but if you're an XC or trail rider, get them.

I probably wore them UNDER a long sleeve shirt for about 20-25 outings in the summer heat and humidity.
