I love how it's easy to use and how accessible it is. I have found many other programs that are more expensive, but this one is better for the price. The ability to create templates with custom fields that are easy enough so new users can understand them without needing assistance from someone more experienced in using this software, I have been able to use it as my main tool of record keeping which has made me very happy! I like that it has all of my patient's information in one place, which makes keeping track easier than if they were spread out among different systems or files. The interface can be difficult to navigate at times; however with some training this could improve as well!
