Description of 📸 Kamerar D-Fuse Medium LED Light Panel Softbox: Enhance Lighting Quality with Foldable Portable Diffuser for Photo & Video Studio, Ideal for Portrait Photography, Natural Look, Includes Carrying Bag & Strap Attachment

COMPACT & COLLAPSIBLE SOFTBOX: The D-Fuse is the first compact collapsible softbox that can be attached to LED panels to diffuse the light for a softer and natural look. SIMPLE TO FOLD & CARRY: Open the D-Fuse softbox and attach it via the attachment straps to soften the light. You can attach the straps onto all four sides of the back of the softbox to secure it to the LED panels. LIGHTWEIGHT AND DURABLE: The magnetic locks will provide you with the ability to collapse the D-Fuse softbox down to a very compact size, but it also provides you with the support and stretch to keep the softbox open. HIGH-QUALITY MATERIALS: D-Fuse is constructed with an unbleached nylon fabric. Unlike processed diffusion materials, these professional materials will soften your light source without changing its color temperature. *** The Medium size after popped up is 16.25" X 16.25" X 6.25" with 9.25" X 9.25" opening for attaching the led light panel.

Great softboxes!

They do their job! Very happy with it. Works well with GVM LED panels as you can still tilt these panels with the included softboxes unlike Neewer panels. The GVM panel also has a diffuser that hangs over the LED so it fills a 1" gap, making the 9.25 softboxes a perfect fit.

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Seniors

Good compact version

Nice compact softbox. I bought LED lights because I don't need a huge intrusive video lighting system. However, these lamps came with a plastic diffuser that sits directly over the LEDs. This is how diffusers work. They were the perfect complement to these lights to really diffuse the light.

  • fingers crossed
Cons
  • sad packaging

The middle softbox goes well with the Neewer 660 LED Barn Light.

Quickly tried. The softbox is easy to assemble, the magnets snap the spacers into place and keep the structure of the softbox intact. When using it on the Neewer 660 LED with barn doors you can hang the softbox on the top barn door and it even works without straps to secure it. A small gap will remain on either side of the barn door, but that is not a problem. The opening of the softbox fits well with the size of the LED panel. So the 660 LED + Medium softbox will work just fine.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Unreliable

Good portable diffuser but badly needs a back panel

Pros: Good diffuser in a portable design Problem: No back panel; There are four Velcro straps that are 1 inch wide. It doesn't securely attach to the light source, apart from the barn door's large LED panel, which should have a larger diffuser. Light enters from behind and is very difficult to center safely. I had to attach velcro to my flashlight and to the inside of one of the straps to keep the rig in place. I also found a cable bag from Revain that ended with a reflective side and placed it

Much better than I feared

I really thought this softbox would be considered a failure but after three spins I fell in love with it. It folds into an extremely compact case, unfolds and attaches in a minute or less, and provides good diffusion for my LED lights. On the downside, the velcro straps can be a bit tricky to position and don't feel secure, but they haven't been released yet. The method of unfolding the box using shock cord rods with rare earth magnets is ingenious and very effective, even if it sometimes…

Provides excellent spread while being light, small and inexpensive

I use this softbox on an Aputure Amaran 672 for DSLR video and it works great. I photograph small projects on location. The softbox is very light and takes up very little space when packed. In place, it slides out of the fabric case and installs in seconds. The panel offers a high degree of dispersion due to its small size. The interior has aluminum sides to further reflect the light onto the object. I would recommend this softbox to anyone using LED lights. While the velcro straps that hold…

Great for home studio work - easy on your eyes

I'm using it with two GVM LED panels to set it up for teaching from home. Unfortunately, most people look like hostages in the basement when they skype or zoom from home. This is how you look like a TV presenter in the studio. Don't worry about letting heat circulate - even then it's easy on the eyes. Video transmission lights need to be in front of you, ON YOUR FACE, so they're in the way of your eyes just when you need to be working on your computer. This is where a diffuser really helps. The

They don't stay on the devices they're intended for. Do not buy.

I love the idea of these simple soft boxes that are ultra-portable and require no tools. However, they just don't stay on the fires. I have a set of 3 Amaran 672 LED headlights and I can't figure out how to get these items to talk on the lights in their place. You get 2 longer velcro/elastic straps and 2 shorter straps, and no matter how much time I spend trying to keep them in place, they slip out and then reflect the ambient light in a completely different direction. In fact, we found that…

Mobile and easy to install

We love this softbox. I wouldn't say it's perfect for our HR672S and HR672W flashlights, but it's more than enough. It's actually a bit more complicated than it looks. Because you attach the softbox with Velcro and position it to perfectly match the light, you are effectively blocking multiple rows of light with the back of the softbox. So we put the top of the light in the softbox so the batteries actually keep it in the light. The only problem is that the softbox deflects the outgoing light…
