We liked it, it works great but it's a shame there is only one bracket for the tension of the gearbox, the other two brackets are missing in the picture, it would be great if you can help with that I would hate to order another just for brackets

This setup requires considerable mechanical skill. The input shaft was .630, so it needs a little modification to make anything work. One bracket was included, the second would save a lot of work. With 20 ft/lb input I'm probably pushing the limits of survival, but so far so good. I started with a good quality synthetic gear lube hoping that would help. Update - After 18 months of occasional abuse, he's still alive. Impressed with the durability.

Item arrived and stood until ready for installation. I immediately found that two of the three screws that attach the cable bracket to the main unit had snapped off. As a result, I installed everything, used it less than 20 minutes, the shifter shaft began to leak. It's annoying that there's no way to contact the seller, all the more so since they no longer sell the product. I guess I'm stuck with this and have to take it apart/reassemble and hope it works as I don't really want to spend…
