The battery arrived within a day. I was replacing the battery in an old Panasonic portable phone that was no longer holding a charge. The new battery holds a charge. This battery seems to properly replace the original battery.

The battery I bought helped restore the time between charges. Full approval of the battery pack can really only take place in 3-5 years, since longevity is one of the most important factors.

When I put these batteries in both phones (which previously worked) the phone's LCD screens went black. The phones work but the screens don't work. I didn't think it was possible but it happened on both phones. So there could be a problem with these batteries.

The battery is excellent for its price. I have a very old cordless phone and batteries are hard to come by. But it fits and I'm glad I took the risk of buying this product. Sometimes I spend hours on the phone with private matters and the battery actually lasts a long time. I would say if you buy this type of battery you will not be disappointed with its performance.

I ordered them in May 2020 and in June 2020 they were no longer reliable. I also found that the label on the back of the battery to identify them as Kastars made it difficult to insert and remove the battery (I had to take extra effort to remove and reattach the back cover). I've always had trouble finding batteries that are 1/5 as reliable as the original Panasonic battery that came with the phone. But those were by far the worst.

After a few years of use, it's time to replace the batteries in my mobile phones. The replacement batteries I have used have never been as good as the original batteries. I had no intention of replacing them with similar batteries. Fortunately, there are now many replacement options. These batteries work great! They keep phones going at least as long as OEM batteries. I hope they will still be around in a few years when I might need new batteries again!
