Deformed and not properly centered.

Only the 2 most significant bits are used. They will both be deformed side to side by about 3/64 when installed in the drill press. Although they are cheap. You get what you pay for.

Made so carelessly that they are unusable.

I'm imagining a barefoot little guy sitting on a squatting on a dirty floor in a small shop, with a drill in one hand and a mini grinder in the other... It's either warped or sanded unevenly, and that's not the point - middle , possibly in an attempt to stop the shank wobbling to compensate. Use. Able.

The concentricity is bad and the lead cutting grooves are cut differently.

I think these are either used drill bits or factory seconds Concentricity is terrible and the lead cutting grooves are not symmetrical It also turned out that one of the lead grooves was sharpened or improperly sharpened I see the same problems with each of the drill bits in the set It is not possible to cut a precise hole with these tools.
