I replaced it with a broken key. Looks the same as my Hyundai's original key, the only downside is that the key itself 🔑 gets stuck when you press the button to open it. I don't mind as it's for my spare key.

If you love handwork, then this product is for you. It takes some effort to disassemble your original key first and then you need to be patient to put it back together. I had to fit my old "blade" into the new loop, which required some grinding as the "socket" is slightly different in size. The work pays off and the new key fob is indistinguishable from the original unless you are a Hyundai lock specialist ;-)

The rubber buttons on my stock key fob were broken and I wanted to replace them. This replacement was a great replacement. I completely destroyed the plastic case of my original trying to take it apart and having it as an option was well worth the time and effort. If you are unsure, seek professional help, but you will overdo it and make the problem worse. That saved me a trip to the dealer.

I like this replacement key very much, it works 100%, it is new and it seems to have a pretty good design. It matched the chip and board almost perfectly, I had to sand or chip a few pieces here and there. I decided to grind down my existing key and paste it into a new block, I didn't want to wait to clone or copy the key. The car starts immediately and all buttons work. I am very happy with this new key. If you're thinking of replacing yours just do it and don't look back, best couple of bucks
