Will not work on GM vehicles OBD-I

I have just purchased 2 of these at once here at Revain 1 from each supplier to ensure they are made by the same OEM. when connecting their 12-pin DLC cable to 16-pin DLC cable with OBD1 scanners. Both failed to connect and tried 3 different manufacturers of OBD1 scanners but then used a straight 12 pin DLC OBD1 cable and then all 3 scanners connect so at least I know if this 12 to 16 pin Converter cable will not work with General Motors OBD1 cables. There's no paperwork required for this…

Pros
  • Stable operation
Cons
  • Low repairability
