Pressure control valve does not always maintain the same pressure

Nice looking regulator that works well, wish I could give it 5 stars but can't. I've been using it for about 6 months now and use it at 40psi to force the water carbonation and every now and then when I open the tank supply valve the pressure jumps above 45psi and the safety valve starts blowing. Once the pressure control valve is backed out a bit to reduce the pressure to 40, it behaves normally. When you use it next time, the pressure will be low and you need to turn on the pressure valveโ€ฆ

Below expectations.

Generally too imperfect for such a simple device. The valve body/packing was so loose that it was leaking despite a very good stainless steel body. When the (backup) valve is closed, the pressure on the low side inside the regulator increases by 20-30psi and often exceeds 50psi. -5 cycles to rest. all with the valve closed. This is an internal controller error. This lack of fluctuation prevents me from setting the second stage outlet pressure to 45-50, which I would like to do. I need to set it

On time delivery. The quality is a little worse than expected.

Like some other people who reviewed it, the regulator knob is very difficult to adjust but I solved this problem with a #30 wrench which gives me more grip (see pic ). Now it's pretty easy to turn it by hand (I don't need a key, btw). I've also noticed that the pressure gauge gradually loses pressure after I close the CO2 tank's main valve, which means the pressure gauge is leaking a little somewhere. It's not a problem for me though as I only use it for carbonated water and fizzy drinks andโ€ฆ

Poor quality regulator, get something else!

is a joke. The regulator is useless - does not regulate the pressure properly. Come back to it the next day and the outlet pressure will be off by about 15psi and will need to be readjusted. Also, you cannot manually adjust the push button. it's too hard you need a wrench for this. In addition, the pressure at which the safety valve blows is not constant and is also too low. Don't set the outlet more than 35psi or you risk blowing it up when you open the tank. It's best to get a qualityโ€ฆ

Worst controller ever!

I'll directly quote another review that explains exactly what happened to me right out of the box. Do yourself a favor and buy something made in the USA for a few dollars more. This thing cost me more CO2 in the first 3 months than I paid for the regulator. To be honest if I could rate this thing negatively I would give it a -10. Review: This regulator will have line pressure creeping in as you use it. But to make matters worse, every time you close and then open a tank valve, the pressure will
