Reliable, durable tire

K193 is a very strong, durable tire at a reasonable price. The 20 inch (406) size is the only tire that can handle the front of our recumbent tandem. They have moderate rolling resistance and are neither very fast nor very slow. Some riders complain about the harsh ride (don't worry. I also use them on a bike for cross country riding. One of the Schwalbe Marathon tires rolls a little better and has a nicer ride and can last longer too. But they cost around $25 % expensive.

Inconsistent product and extremely complex assembly

I bought two of these tires or at least two of the same tires I click on in Revain. The first was 100psi and I didn't have much trouble installing it. The second was 65psi max and I had to use a screwdriver (in addition to three fat yellow plastic tire changers) to get it off the rim. It seems like a good tire but I get annoyed when I get incompatible products for what appears to be the same item and it's too difficult to get it off the rim when I have a flat tire. It takes 15 minutes, I swear…

Fast 100psi tires, the best in the sport

Not many miles yet, but these babies are torn. this. faster than a teenager with a playboy bunny. Pumped them up to 100psi (I got a 26" x 1.5" wire bead) and they blew my mind. I rode well with my wife on her e-bike and had no trouble keeping up. Super fast, fun, grippy - and they seem to have decent resistance to road hazards - although I was a bit wary on the pavement at 100psi - and we don't have many glass or goat decals in the mountains where I live, either. - Not too many apartments…

Nearly perfect!

I love this tire! I bought a few and they were just amazing! I was converting my MTB into something more than a hybrid road bike and these tires were just what I needed! I originally had MTB tires and the rolling resistance was terribly obvious. I switched to 2+ inch wide commuter tires and they had lower rolling resistance but still felt sluggish compared to my 700x23c firm tires. Then I bought a pair of these kendas and the difference was like night and day. They were narrower and reduced the

Very easy to mount on MTB

Out of the box the tire sidewalls looked uneven and really ugly. Once installed and at 60 PSI everything looks fine. A test ride showed a GPS speed of 34 km/h at 80% effort. I could ride faster with a helmet and the test track in front of my house was longer (I only rode 30 km/h with off-road tires and 90% effort). This was the first time I changed a tire and everything went smoothly. The only mistake I made was putting the front wheel in reverse, but it didn't make much of a difference. I just

Great tires at a great price!

I have been using Kenda kwest 26x1.5 65psi tires for almost five years without a single problem and VERY few flats. I had problems with the front tire but that was due to another user not inflating the tire enough. Now about these tires. I chose 100psi to see how they would feel and they are great! The bikes roll very smoothly and so far everything seems fine. If you need to save a few bucks, these tires are the way to go. They work great on my converted MTB! I first posted this on May 7th and…

Affordable price, good performance and quality

These are very affordable wheels and I rebuild them about once a year if they get damaged, explode or the sidewalls shear off. I have the right to work in quite difficult areas every day, but I like these tires because I can buy them for very little money. Anytime I need to replace one of these I look to alternatives like the Continental brand but the reviews for other brands are absolutely terrible so I always stick with this model because it's so affordable I got two of these for the price of
