Extra thin cable suitable for audio and video accessories

Still works perfectly and is very practical for outdoor use of the HT with the standard rubber ducky. I don't know how long it will last for $12.

Fits well on my desktop HTs

Use these for my Baofeng uv-82hp and uv-82x which are mounted on my desk so I can leave them installed and have room to control the speaker mics without having to remove the radio.

Pros

Works great with Kenwood D74

I use this extension between Kenwood D74A and Kenwood speaker mic and it works fine. Channels A and B connect in the same way and respond in the same way, completely freeing up the two-pin connector on that expensive radio. The length is perfect for placing the radio where it suits you and is not constrained by the speaker mic's relatively short coiled cord. I liked it so much that I bought 3 more for my two amigos and for myself :) - KB3EOF

Does not work with both channels of Baofeng 2-channel radio/microphones

Although it is specifically compatible with Baofeng UV-82 Dual PTT, if Baofeng microphone (which works on A and B) is extended through this cable, transmission to A will not work, and you can only to B send as if there was no Baofeng microphone. I was relying on "answered questions" which said it went through all 3 pins on both connectors. 3 stars because it probably works as an extension if you don't care, but that makes it useless to me. Revain will be back tomorrow for a refund.
