🌊 1-Pack Kenmore 469081 Replacement Refrigerator Water Filter Review

I ended up trying to save money by buying cheap third party water filters that claim to replace original Kenmore Elite filters. That's the real deal.

This doesn't fit in my fridge. I had to send them back. Otherwise when I got the 9930 filter it was a good fit. Had to return this 9081. Although the return was great.

The filter didn't work. A Sears service rep said the filter lets air into the line, causing the refrigerator's water dispenser to make noise when there is no flow. Received return with company label. Sent but returned. Because. Wrong address. NOT GOOD!

It was the cheapest I found. It seems to work just as well as the ones I paid twice as much for. I just wish they were easier to find. It didn't really say it would work for my fridge, but it did say so on the packaging. I just took a chance based on a picture that looks like the real thing.

We bought this filter as a spare when it came time to replace it. Be proactive. Unfortunately, when it was used today, the filter was not working and no water was flowing. We put the old filter back in and everything worked and everything was back to normal. Unfortunately, it looks like we missed the return window, but we hope this review guides the buyer to do the right thing.

These filters do not work. Please save yourself the hassle and purchase a replacement directly from Kennmore and Sears. At first glance, this filter looks like a real one, but when you start comparing this product to a manufacturer's filter, you will see the differences. Do not get me wrong. , I have nothing against market products or other brands. But for it to be positioned as a real Kennmore filter and trying its best to look real only to be flawed, that's awful.

I was desperate for a replacement water filter for my Kenmore refrigerator but couldn't find one from Sears. This product was presented as a "genuine" Kenmore replaceable water filter, but what I received was counterfeit, counterfeit, counterfeit (not certified and approved genuine) disguised as Kenmore branded packaging. I figured I'd risk being one of the lucky ones to get the real deal but I should have listened to the other negative reviews instead! I will of course be back as not worth…
