There was nothing to complain about. I have a Kenmore vacuum and since my Sears store closed I have had to find other stores to purchase the accessories I need. It worked!

Fits perfectly, works well. It's a vacuum bag that doesn't look glamorous but is one of those things you don't want to lose. I think you get what you pay for with this type of stuff and it just fits and works.

I was happy to find a replacement Hepa filter for my old Kenmore canister vacuum. The filter fits my vacuum cleaner perfectly and now the exhaust air doesn't smell so bad. It arrived within the stated time frame and in perfect condition.

To be honest I was hesitant to give this product one star because this is not a Kenmore 53296 HEPA Vacuum Media Filter EF-9 but a COMPATIBLE filter . I am returning it because there are other compatible filters that are less expensive and much cheaper. Shame on Govacuum for using the picture of the Kenmore article and cheating the customers.

I bought this Hepa EF-9 filter to replace the original filter in our Kenmore model 116.31140311. Reviews for cheaper filters said they sometimes don't fit, so I went with this one and the one linked on the Sears website. The way Sears is going they may not be available next time so I may be forced to buy cheaper ones which may or may not fit properly. This filter fits, but requires a lot of pressure to fix it.
