I read the reviews before ordering the big bottle because I really like this shampoo. There were several bad reviews stating the pump didn't work. I ignored them because I thought "this won't happen to me". Well it did and I'm mad as hell at myself and also at Kenra for her quality control. I have very thin hair. Not thin, just smooth and thin. I was recommended this shampoo to really make my hair thicker. I expected more from the Kenra brand. I've been using the shampoo for almost two months now and don't see much of a change. Maybe it's just my hair type? I don't know, but I just don't see the point in spending so much to change nothing at all.

The pump doesn't work so I just transferred it to another bottle but the shampoo itself is great. I've tried everything and it makes my flat, fine hair look full and thick. It just really works for me!

I might like this product; However, I can't get the pump to work. It seems to be the same pump used for Kenra shampoo of the same size that works. I would like a working pump. Do I have to return all items?

Not satisfied with this air conditioner. I have fine hair and this made it almost impossible to detangle my hair after using it. It seems like I detangled so much of my hair after using the conditioner. won't buy this again.

Shampoo was ok. The smell is pleasant, but I wouldn't say it adds volume to my hair, so to speak. I usually use Kenra Clean Shampoo and I usually buy this brand but I haven't seen the volume. Also, the pump was broken so I couldn't pump it out and had to transfer it to another container to use it. Too expensive NOT to work.
