I have ordered this product 3 times and 2 times the dispenser pump broke. I reused a non-broken pump. That's the only reason I didn't bother to return it. The product itself is great! It only needs to either strengthen the pump or change the shipping packaging.

This is the best straightening lotion I know. If you have blonde or gray hair, this product will not disappoint. As stated on the label, it keeps hair straight for up to 4 days, even in wet weather, and cuts blow-dry time in half as a bonus!

I have very frizzy frizzy dry graying hair. This smoothing lotion moisturizes, smoothes and frees my hair leaving it nice and shiny. Kenra products are the best!

It works, but you have to find the right amount for your hair. Too little and your hair will get out of control. Too much and you look fat. Once I found the right amount, it was great.
