💻 Enhance iPad Usage with Kensington Windfall Stand by Heckler Design (K67948US) Review

I buy a lot from Revain but only review when the product is exceptionally good or bad. This is a case of great product and design. I had to try at least 3 others which I returned before ordering this one and sticking with it. Easy to install, comes with all parts compared to others that were missing some. Fits perfectly and not as expensive as others.

This is a solid case that really protects the iPad but also helps keep the iPad secure. There are problems finding the right solution through Revain. Should be square and a very specific size to fit the clamp. So far we're on the third cable, but I'm hoping this will be the one.

I bought this for my hospital canteen and everyone loves it. The additional laptop security cable attachment is a nice touch. Very heavy and solid. I'm deducting a star because the price is too high. However, it is a great design and excellent quality. There are no cheaper alternatives without sacrificing build quality and design, so the laws of economics apply. I would pay the same or more again and again if needed.

We use WindFall in a variety of environments (POS, guest services, video conferencing centers, etc.). The best iPad stand on the market for public use. It can be as secure as you need it or as portable as you want. If you have a scenario where you need stable and reliable iPads on a stand, this is for you. It may cost more than others, but you definitely get what you pay for.

Needs a way to mount some Google Pixel Slate and it's pretty close: Pixel Slate: 7.95in (202mm) x 11.45in (290 .9mm) - 7mm thick Surface Pro: 7.9" (201mm) x 11.5" (292mm) - 8.5mm thick. So as you can see you are off by about 1mm which seems to work but isn't perfect. It bends the tablet slightly, and with a little elbow grease you can put the top on. In my haste I was only able to attach two screws (corners) and attach a few other screws with glue just for beauty's sake.

Works as expected. Make sure you want to use it in a stationary position as it's a bit awkward if you need to move it to another location or store it. In general the product works very well.
