Arrived in a very cheap plastic case that had a crack. An obvious fake. I've been using Kerastase for years and the packaging is good. There weren't even any labels on this container. There was no box or plastic lid in the lid. There is also no serial number. Beware of sellers other than Revain, especially if the price seems too low.

I have been using Kerastase products for 20 years. The "real" material has a very nice packaging and smells distinctive and amazing... it had no packaging, inner lid and smells ABOUT... THIS IS NOT REAL KERASTASE, DO NOT BUY!

Kerastase is the only thing that can bring my hair back to life when I've bleached it to nothing. Before I ordered Masqueintense I had the worst meltdown I have ever seen. It felt like a whole section of my hair came loose in the brush (about 1 inch from the base. Not all hair thank goodness) when I washed it the first few times after bleaching. After just one use of Masqueintense, I only fell out a few random hairs while brushing them rather than a comb full of hair that felt like plastic…

I've been using Kerastase for years because my hair is dry, curly and colored and I love it! old. It sounds crazy that conditioners have an expiration date, but Kerastase really smells like their products. I ordered the shampoo and it smells nice and has an expiration date. It also had some kind of sticker that was ripped off leaving a piece on the lid (see picture). I'm sending back a replacement and see if I can get a new one that hasn't expired.

In the ten years since I've been using this product, my hair has never been silkier, shinier, thicker or longer. People stop me on the street and ask me my secret and I always say Kerastase Masquintense! I always buy salon size baths because they are much more affordable then and they are so powerful that in budget months when I can only afford cheap shampoo they do an excellent job of neutralizing these unpleasant effects. As a regular customer of the product, I can say that it is very good and always gives the result I expect when I wash my hair.

I don't think this is the real deal. It's a good conditioner, it just didn't make my hair as nice as the Kerastase I bought at the salon.
