The tights were great on arrival but a bit small. My daughter is 4ft 10" and weighs 100lbs and could fit in a size XL brown tights but they were quite tight. I want them to last at least a full summer. So let's go back and get adult size. Hope this helps someone else with sizing.

Due to other sizing reports we ordered. However, when so many people think the sizes are wrong, Kerrits needs to fix the problem! They are beautiful and appear to be very well made. My daughter loves her. She says they feel good and stay cool while riding in the hot arena. For the price I hope they hold up to the wear and tear!

I needed a pair of tights for my daughter's week at camp in over 100 degree weather. This is compliant. Apparently excellent moisture wicking material and ultra light. But after only wearing it twice, washed in Woolite on a gentle setting and air dried, the peeling is just awful! They look like someone went over them with sandpaper. My daughter only wore them for two hours. By price? It's not worth it. Very disappointed as I have had better luck with Kerrits in the past.

I am giving this product a 4 because it fits a small order one size up. I now warn you that this is not a scam. I also ordered this product and when I took it out of the box it looked like we had torn it so I'm basically sending it back. However, the style should be snug and like leggings. Very happy with these school tights. My daughter usually wears a size 10 for girls, so we chose the large. Perfect fit, room for leg growth. No specific "ice-filling" reviews from her yet, but definitely good summer breeches no matter what. They can also be used as running tights when we need more kilometers in the fall.
