Don't do it. I spent two days trying online methods for "do-it-yourself key programming" and another two days looking for locksmiths that could get these keys working. Finally, after paying $110 to have them cut and program my machine with them, I might as well go to Ace Hardware or Batteries and Bulbs and pay their $95 fee. It would still be way cheaper than dealer price and save me from wasting so much time. By the way, none of these online methods work on a 2009 RAV4.

I ordered a set of two keys for our 2019 4Runner TRD Off Road. They worked great. Was able to get both keys for $30 and $55 to cut and program both keys.
