Good product! for keyless entry

DO NOT pay the ridiculous prices charged by factory or OEM sellers. These work great. The setting is odd, but not because of the keychains. The factory programming (key off, key off, hokey poke) is the culprit. I highly recommend this option.

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Damaged

Continued: Stay away from this

Editing of original review: Online link to how-to contains incomplete instructions. After further research on the internet on another site, I found complete and accurate instructions that allowed me to successfully program the keyless fob right away. went from one star to three stars. Because of incorrect programming instructions I do not give 5 stars.

WILL NOT WORK ON TUNDRA 2006

Programming instructions followed step by step. The vehicle confirmed the sequence by going into programming mode, automatically locking and unlocking the power door locks, indicating successful entry into programming mode. For some strange reason, I was able to get these units (2) to accept the programming by simultaneously pressing the LOCK and UNLOCK buttons on the remote for 1.5 seconds.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Not everything fits

Fits 2005 Highlander, no need to go to dealer

The programming instructions provided were not 100% accurate. The instructions actually worked until confirming the car was in "key fob programming mode". I watched a U-Tube video from TomahawkDIY that shows a different method of programming the remote when the car is in programming mode. Both remotes work now, just be prepared to do a little research if you run into any issues.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • High price

Manual/technical support nonexistent

The product itself is reliable It works The level of support you get from the technical team or even how to program it = doesn't exist The site clearly says so Programming instructions are included in the package. That's a lie (to be honest). As you can see from the photo of the unopened box, the instructions are nowhere to be seen. You will have to rely on YouTube when you get this

Pros
  • One year trial period
Cons
  • Only available in black

Don't hesitate to buy this. Buy an empty keychain case instead

Tried 5 times following the instructions and couldn't get it to work with Rav 4 2005. However, I took my old key fob, opened it and transferred it to the new one, I received it and closed it. After that worked. I think just buy the case here for $7.99 and transfer your old keychain to the new case. I wish I could do that instead of spending $28 on new key fobs that don't work with this guide.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • Negative is present

Great solid remotes, unbeatable price

Prius remotes went missing, dealerships and auto repair shops charged $120-$200 and said they would program the remote for free. I was able to get TWO remotes with simple programming instructions, both for $24. They arrived quicker than expected and within 15 minutes I was able to program both remotes. Great feeling to have keyless entry again. These remotes are solid and durable, I don't remember original remotes having such a solid plastic feel.

Pros
  • Solid build
Cons
  • Not the best

works as expected - once you find the instructions

I missed a button press towards the end and had to start over - read and follow each step. After following the instructions EXACTLY, they programmed as instructed and are now working great. Will be updated if this changes. 4 stars instead of 5 because I couldn't find a website link anywhere on the company's Revain product page or Revain store pages. Seems like an obvious place to turn this on. Look for the website on the package (bag) or business card - I had keyfobprogram.com (this is not…

Must use Master Key

After many unsuccessful attempts to get into programming mode with online instructions for my Toyota, I have started checking other websites. They told me to use the master key and not the valet key which I was using. I've also tried leaving all doors open when starting the process, not just the driver's door. After these simple changes, it worked the first time. If the seller had provided full instructions it would have saved me a lot of time and nerves. If you order a keychain from this…
