Easy peasy for interior

Called the local dealer and they said we need a car there and also about $85 for the key fob. They were SUPER easy to slip old guts in and worked like a charm. Two for less than the dealer wanted.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • I don't have much to complain about, everything is fine

Perfect fit, easy installation.

Ideal for original inner circuit board. There were two original key fobs that were cracked and badly worn. Installed internal components for these replacement parts quickly and easily. They seem a bit pricey but better than using factory replacements.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

Fit is good! It has no markings or logos

Fits well! There are no markings or logos on it, but who cares. My old covers are cracked and worn. These worked perfectly! The only real difference I see is the screw that holds the cover together. The old one had a metal insert and a mounting screw. The new one uses a coarse screw that goes into a plastic post. It holds up well so there doesn't seem to be a problem with it staying closed.

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • Some bugs

Just like the originals but keep the original chain.

Fits snugly inside my original key rings. I got them because my others broke where the chain attaches to the plastic keychain so they were dangling in my pocket or I would have forgotten them. The new ones I received only have 1 chain for 2 keyrings. The chain is quite thin compared to the original and broke after a week. I put it together with a very small pair of needle nose pliers. After some fiddling, I was able to reattach the chain links and squeeze the link back together. 2 days later it

Pros
  • This is amazing

  • Empty

I have owned a 2000 Toyota Tundra since 2004. Both locks on my remotes fell apart at least 8 years ago. The remote controls still worked, they just weren't connected to my keychain anymore. Since replacement remotes were unavailable or incredibly expensive, I relied on a makeshift mount for my working remote, which served me well. However, last week I went online and was surprised to find these "shells" available now. I call them clams because that's what they are. I decided to give it a try…

It's hard to say anything bad about her.

We needed a new cover for our early 2000's Toyota Corolla because the other one was beginning to crack and crumble at the seams. We thought we'd better replace it now that these cars are reaching an age where this type of replacement is becoming harder and harder to find. As others have mentioned (or might have), there doesn't seem to be much of a difference in build quality between the original and this aftermarket model. But there is at least one. The original had a metal sleeve for the…
