This stand is amazing. It's so easy to flip it over when ready to take off. The bike is very stable when the footrest is used, no matter which way the handlebars are rotated.

3 stars for stability. I have round mounting rails and that didn't work for me. Pay attention to an oval or even better flat surface, the stability is the better, the flatter the mounting surface is.

This stand works great. It is easy to install, easy to adjust in height, and never gets in the way. I don't know why I've spent so many years leaning my bike against an available surface when this kickstand works so much better.

I wish I had got it years earlier! It's easy to adjust and the rubber boot conforms to the frame so it doesn't slip off. Kickstand has a nice SNAP! No more footpeg sagging or tipping over. Permanently in all steering positions. The frame is oval and the bike is 20 years old, 24 inches, 15 gears if that helps.

I have two Specialized bikes, a Sirius for my wife and a Rockhopper for me. The Specialized kickstand didn't seat properly, was difficult to install (even in the shop), and depending on placement, either rubbed the tire or scratched the pedal. This side stand is perfect, adjustable and does not interfere. Buy it.

I have a luggage rack on the back of my mountain bike. I wanted to be able to carry groceries so I made a detachable trunk mount that will hold a Sterilite industrial bag. It works great except the factory stand doesn't work under load. I took this footpeg and adjusted it so the bike was *almost* straight when it was on and I adjusted it as far back as possible. That works great. Now I just need a way to add some weight to the front of the bike, since heavy weights will lift the front wheel off
