    Great gates: gates and gate extensions

    I have a large deck and wanted the dogs to be able to roam the deck without leaving it. I called the fencing company and they quoted me $400 for the goal. I went online and found a high pressure gate from KidCo. I've had it for over a month now and it works great. I look like an existing fence and it was a third of the price. Very happy with the purchase.

    Item arrived damaged

    The item arrived in damaged packaging but I didn't really think about it because the item itself looked fine. After installation I found that the gate itself had broken off the gate. The gate hinge appears to be cheap plastic that broke, turning a swing gate into a folding gate. I will be returning this product for a hopefully working replacement. All in all, this is a simple setup.

    High quality, durable and easy to install!

    This gate works great. Bought for dogs and toddlers and it's a superstar for both! I like that it closes automatically and doesn't interfere with viewing. A 9.5 pound small dog definitely can't handle it, and neither can a three year old! Easy to open for our 7 and 10 year olds, very easy to assemble even with extensions. We purchased this gate to replace a 10 year old KidCo Center gateway and I am very pleased with the upgrades from this new gate. I highly recommend these goals.

    I like this type of gate because it can be raised.

    I like this type of gate because it can be lifted and opened in both directions. I recently had shoulder surgery so this gate was perfect for opening with one hand and sometimes even my foot. :) Too bad I didn't get "high", but personal preferences. I actually bought 2 different Babies r Us gates and ended up sending them back because they only opened one way.     Works TOO well - don't let guests break it

    We made this gate to keep our new pup from bursting in the front door and running off when people come home from work. For that purpose it worked very, very well. Really too good. Most people who come don't know how to use it. Someone must have made an extra effort, because now the door "sags" when closed, so that the door element sits lower than it should and therefore cannot snap into the fixed side.     Very high and wide

    As the name suggests this gate is very high and wide which is a big plus. We placed it at the bottom of the stairs and the shorter gate required too much slope. The extra width of the opening is also very good. Our previous gates were a few centimeters narrower and the difference is noticeable. The gate is very strong and adults can easily open and close it.     I did a lot of research to find the best gate to keep our 16 pound dog out of the kitchen. This one is the best of them all. I needed a very high gate as our dog is a jumper.
