These are great for my daughter’s shoes as she’s dealing with Severs disease. My only complaint was the packaging- there are two pairs of inserts included, but one of ours was folded under and as a result doesn’t lay flat. I’ve tried placing it under heavy objects, but no luck. Frustrating to need two pairs for two pairs of shoes but end up with 3 inserts that we constantly have to switch around. Overall they’re helpful though - just wish the packaging was better.

Fast delivery and good product. These inserts don’t take away the pain of my ten year old daughter’s sever’s disease, but make it much more bearable. She wears a size two shoe and I got the smaller size— fit is good.

The gel part does not stay put. it rides up the back oh my daughter's heel, so her hell is not being protected.She is 7 and wears a size 1 shoe. maybe they are a bit big.

Item pictured is not the item sent. This was an insert for the entire foot. I was expecting heel cups.***I am updating because I’m very pleased With Kidsole. I came home to a package directly from them with the correct items. The heel inserts are working well and my son can already feel a bit of relief.

I bought these for my 13yr old son who suffers from foot pain from plantar fasciitis-I had no idea it was so common in children. Anyway, I tried all kinds of inserts and stumbled on these and I’m so glad I did. They’re less bulky than a full insole and they’re more comfortable. I actually use a pair in my shoes since I also tend to get heel pain. These are wonderful. Highly recommend!
