I've been using this exclusively for removing and installing lug nuts on trucks and trailers. I torque lug nuts to 100 Ft. Lbs using a torque wrench and this driver has no problem removing them. The brake feature works well and allows for easy control from spinning the lug nuts off and flinging them around. I really enjoy using this for car tire changes. I won't give it a 5 star only because where the battery attaches to the drill doesnt make a great connection and will pop off if you don't jam it on there so it locks in place correctly. I'm assuming it's just mine but if it's not on there right the battery will slide right off. Very good tool overall and super lightweight.

At first I thought I had a problem because sockets would not go on, but after tapping the first one on I found I needed to get it past the retention ring. After that, all went on nicely. This tool is light weight, and easy to use. Have used it to remove wheels and blades from lawnmower, it has made this task so much easier than the ratchet wrench I used before. Side note: As age has put arthritis in my hand, changing blades and wheels was painful, pulling on traditional wrenches. Not anymore…

I received this product, opened it and fitted all the attachments; everything checked out ok; but the (3") three inch extension, apparently the small silver ball that locks the socket in place came seized, I tried freeing it with WD-40 but to no avail, emailed the company and also to no avail 9/10.

Great tool, comes with everything you need. I carry it with me on my Ram 2500. Have helped others change tires that are on the side of the road. Takes mere mins and it is done! Work smarter, not harder! Very pleased!

cuts out everytime need to remove battery for a minute and put back on wrench to get to work again and battery life very short not pleased with performance

used it to put lug nuts back on the car not sure I buy the 250 ft/lb claim, the tool struggled a little while removing the lugs (100 ft/lb torgue). I didn't want to break the tool on the first day of use so I ended up using my air tool to break them loose. The new tool still speeded up the job and I'm satisfied, I will still be using a torgue wrench to do final torque. Now to see how long it lasts.

Haven't used it enough yet to address battery life, or if it does what the description says. However I once it came I immediately went out to my truck 2021 taco, to see if it would take off a the lug nuts. It did loosen a couple without any issue and w/o charging. So it gets 4 stars for now will update later!

It’s a great impact wrench, I use it for construction and for big pipe and I would like another battery but it’s on the wish list for now. Only thing is, is it is an impact drill and it needs impact sockets or else the sockets are super wiggly and it came with extras like an extension and socket set and a bag. But in the end, non of the sockets they gave me I use. My trade I use sae sockets not millimeters and the fact that I need to put a bull pin kinda sucks but it’s great for the price…

In the middle of a job the impact gun just shut off will not show any charge on battery. I only used it 8 times in the past 6 months and it took a crap on me. It worked well while it lasted though. Tried to get a replacement battery through warranty.what a joke. There is no warranty dept. That I could get a hold of.

Not sure how well this works yet since it is raining outside today and I just got it. Seems to be good quality out of the box. Battery was fully charged, everything shown in the pictures is there. Great compact size for a 1/2 inch impact wrench. The only complaint I have so far is the misspelling on the box. Charging time says "Changing time" so we will see how well it works. Had this for 2 weeks now. Haven't charge the battery yet. Been using it off and on. Doing a project car. So far no problems with the rusted bolts on the calipers and lug nuts.

Have not yet used to remove lug nuts from a wheel, but have found it to be very convenient to use. It is not very heavy, which makes it easy to use in somewhat awkward places. So for, the torque has been adequate for our needs, but we haven't yet needed lots of torque.

I would prefer another battery as aposed to the extension and sockets. The extensions are not impact rated. I am a auto mechanic and at the time of this purchase I didn't have the $$$ for one of the "big name" impacts Has the power to loosen and tighten. I use it heavily at least 4 days a week.

The 1st I received was dead I quickly contacted Best Buy and a replacement was sent out the next day.What a powerful little guy, it was literally everything I expected in a handheld powerful wrench.After charging it up for about an hour it's at the wheel locks off my car like a professional in no time at all. The nut locks on my struts didn't have a chance up against this little guy.Great buy.
