Thick Kitchen and Food Filters

These filters are great for filtering frying oil after cooking. The filters are thick and will trap a lot of particles in the oil after frying.

No for frying oil

Bought for trial. No difference to paper towels for cooking oil. Filter on the left, paper towel on the right. They work but one star for me.

Pros
  • Looks good
Cons
  • For old

Works great with kitchen utensils and gadgets

I used this with a King Kooker plastic funnel to filter about 3 gallons of roast turkey oil. It fit perfectly in the hopper and did a great job of filtering out unwanted particles from the peanut butter. As someone said in a previous review, this helps heat the oil and also keeps the filter above the funnel itself so the oil flows at a reasonable rate.

Pros
  • One year trial

Works perfectly. for funnel

They worked well for filtering frying oil. The oil was pretty gross and had settled for a few days so I was skeptical. but it filtered very well and was perfectly clear and looked almost new. This will help lift the filter out of the funnel a bit so it can breathe. otherwise it flows a little slower. I heated the oil to 110 degrees and it flowed much better than room temperature but not too hot to melt the plastic funnel.

Pros
  • finally bought
Cons
  • security
