If it doesn't work with the engine off, try with the engine running.

2015 GMC 2500HD Diesel. According to the instructions, the ignition was turned on in the park. The DIC was set to TPMS and tire pressure was displayed. The tick button on the steering wheel was pressed before two beeps indicated entry into learn mode. Numerous attempts have been made without success. The last attempt with the engine running was successful and completed in about a minute. The only difference was that the engine was running.

Not compatible with 2010 Chevy Express with 315MHz TPMS sensors

The seller told me this would work on a 2010 Chevy Express 1500 with 315MHz sensors but when I tried I couldn't get one of these Sensors to react to this tool. I've watched various videos of actually using this tool and tried all the ways I've seen, but it still hasn't activated the sensors for the van to learn. I ended up investing a little more money in a TPMS universal tool as I also have a 2010 F150 and the other universal tool worked great and reduced the number of TPMS tools needed for my

It works but be patient and make sure you use a fresh 9v battery

I was able to deflate the tires on my 2015 GMC Denali 2500 but it wasn't easy. Make sure you use a brand new 9v battery as anything a bit old will not work properly. It took a few times to get all four wheels working properly, so be patient. I followed all the instructions that way, but I had to move the device to a slightly different spot on the bus and press (and in some cases hold) the button for the car to get a signal. With some tires it worked the first time, with others I had to press up

It worked exactly as intended!

Having recently bought new tires they arrived with the TPMS already installed and I fitted them myself (I bought new rims and tires and they arrived fitted). When I installed them on my new truck the TPMS was out of sync so I did a little research and found this monitor reset tool. There are several videos online demonstrating the mechanics it uses to reset the TPMS and if you've ever wondered if it really was that easy I'll tell you it's that easy with this tool. I have a 2020 Silverado and Iโ€ฆ

Great for Suburban LT 2018

I do most of my maintenance myself, and something as simple as changing tires is one of the most important maintenance items. However, in our brave new world where everything in a car is computerized, you need a device that will trick the car's computer into accurately recognizing the position of your tires so that systems, including pressure monitoring and even traction control, are able to accurately relay information . Official GM equipment is quite expensive, and going to a dealer or otherโ€ฆ

KINGBOLEN EL-50448 Car Tire Pressure Sensor TPMS Sensor Reset

Worked like a champ on my 2014 GMC Sierra 1500 Truck. I couldn't get it to work at first, but after looking at the photos in the attached document it worked. If you don't follow Step 6 below exactly, things won't go well, at least not in my situation. 1) Insert a 9V battery (not included) into EL-50448. 2) Put the key in the ignition and turn on the truck but do not start it. .3) Put the truck in tire pressure sensor reset mode (Instruction manual shows how to do this.) 4) The horn will beepโ€ฆ
