Bought for a laptop upgrade. I had to tinker a little, but this is due to the architecture of the laptop, since the main disk in it was of the 3.5 form factor. I had to tinker with the adapter. The disk was defined without problems. Installation and configuration of the views took about 15-20 minutes. Now the laptop has come to life and work on it is a pleasure! I recommend! If you need an inexpensive SSD - feel free to take it!

Pros
  • - Reading speed - Recording speed - Price - 120 gigs of space is enough for the system disk. - Time to failure - The speed of the system if the disk is under the system. - Kingston - Quiet at work - Like all SSDs, it's cold!
Cons
  • - For this price for an SSD - There are none! - For the price of this SSD, you can take HDD 2.5 for 500 gigs, but what's the point?

The quality exceeds all expectations, I recommend to buy.

A very affordable SSD to upgrade. Twice I bought exclusively for the system and basic programs for two laptops. A significant increase in the speed of loading Windows 7 and the operation of the system as a whole is guaranteed. In conjunction with the Intel I3, the performance rating of the disk in Windows 7 is "7.9", and in conjunction with the old Centrino - "7.2". A friend, on my recommendation, also bought the same SSD on a Mac Book, he is also very satisfied. Using the disk for a year did…

Pros
  • Not very expensive and fast enough.

I didnt expect the quality to be so high.

Overall rating: quite good. Works much faster than a hard drive. The volume is small, but when using the Ubuntu OS, there will be enough space for the eyes (Windows there, of course, will "gobble up" almost all the space). Like I said, it doesn't get hot. Supports SMART. I can’t say anything about the service life - I have only had it for almost a month in use. In general (so far), he satisfies me 100%. I didn’t conduct any benchmarks or other synthetic tests (don’t be offended, I think this…

Pros
  • Of the advantages: The cheapest of the famous brands today. Silent, light, small - in other words, absolutely not creating any aesthetic discomfort solid state drive. It feels fast when writing and reading, it does not heat up. And I don't care what kind of controller it is. As an ordinary sane user, I do not want to understand such trifles as the type of memory used there. I don't need all of this. Works? Faster than a hard drive? No noise? Consumes energy and heats up less than a hard drive? What else does?
Cons
  • To be honest, I can’t say exactly what disadvantages a solid-state drive can have these days for such a low price - two or more thousand. Perhaps only the most urgent ones, which are already clear to everyone: only 120 gigabytes, not very much by our standards, and solid-state gigabytes are still much more expensive than "hard" gigabytes anyway.

An excellent replacement for an old HDD from 40 to 80Gb that has expired. I have already used 5 of these devices. They range from laptops to office computers, mainly on equipment older than 10 years. Working time from 1.5 years to 6 months. There are no failures due to the fault of the drives. This is probably the most popular and best drive to "revive" the old technology of the reserve in terms of speed through the roof. The best value for money. Looks like I'm not the only one with this…

Pros
  • Price Reliability Assembly
Cons
  • Not found in my operating conditions.

Frankly, I did not conduct any tests with this device. The first SSD I got was a 60GB V300 series, I bought two back in 2022. Both still work in stationary computers. There are no problems. This is an indicator. I periodically buy the SA400S37 series for clients' computers. When they receive an operating system boot from an SSD drive, their joy knows no bounds.

Pros
  • Reliability, speed, high quality, stability, low temperature, adequate price.
Cons
  • Slides for 3.5, even if made of plastic, could be put. I think they would add no more than 50 cents to the cost. You have to buy it separately each time, but basically fix it with 2 screws.

Proezdil year as a system drive. Depreciation - 18 percent. With an eye on 40 TBW - it seems to be true. The warranty period is 3 years, and even if it works only them - for 2k it's a great way to give a kick to old technology. But! The real disk resource does not end at 0%, so even with these parameters, your PC will definitely lose its relevance before this disk ceases to perform its functions.

Pros
  • Price quality.
Cons
  • Not a great resource.

I bought an ssd for a five year old HP pavilion dv6. The solid state drive significantly speeds up the performance of the laptop. Now the system boots in 20 seconds (Win 7), instead of 1 minute with hdd. Applications also began to run noticeably faster. Now the laptop is a pleasure to work with. So I advise you to buy this ssd for those who want to breathe a second life into their old laptop). Personally, I installed ssd instead of hdd, and put hdd in the cd drive bay using optibay (sled for…

Pros
  • Decreased system boot time and application launch time.
Cons
  • No

I am amazed! It was definitely worth the money!

Version - 120 Gb. Good budget SSD from Kinston. Controller - Phison PS3111-S11, TLC memory from Micron. A great option - under the system drive. Reliable manufacturer. A good resource - according to the tests of the 3dnews website - a 240 Gb model they could withstand about 613 TB of recorded data - that is, in the 120 Gb version, you can focus on 300 terabytes of recorded data - which is almost 8! times more than the resource guaranteed by the manufacturer (40 TB) - which is about 2500 times…

Pros
  • Read and write speed, price, resource
Cons
  • At this price, they don't.

A wonderful product, it's nice to use.

Has pros: SSD is SSD, I took it for a laptop, it began to work noticeably faster With its cons: there is no key for the software for transferring the OS from one disk to the SSD, you have to get out yourself

The best thing Ive ever used, a great item for everyone!

Surprisingly, for some reason it seems faster than the samsung 860evo in operation, although the system optimization settings for ssd and the percentage of disk full are the same on samsung and kingston. Definitely worth your money. /// Addition after 2 years of use: everything still works well, health remains at 97% according to their proprietary program. The speeds did not sag much, maybe 5%. Used as a system drive. Already bought several of these. The main thing is to be lucky with the…

Pros
  • Price/speed/reliability Almost fulfills the passport speed, falls a little short
