Best Business Intelligence Tool - KIntent

The best thing about kintent is that it has an easy-to-use interface & can be used for multiple kinds of business operations like reporting, data analysis etc. I have also found their support team very helpful in solving all my queries related to this product. Also they provide 24*7 customer service which makes me feel safe using their products! Nothing as such but sometimes when i am working offline or during night time(or holidays) there might not always be someone available at office who can

Very User Friendly Software That Has Many Features

I like how easy it is to use for both internal as well as external users. It's very user friendly and intuitive. The platform has been updated several times over the last few years which makes it even better! Not much at this point but they are always adding new features so there isn't anything really negative about their service. We have used other platforms in the past where you had to be an expert just to get started using the software. This was one of those programs that made me feel more…

Very quick response time when support staff gets back too your inquiry.not long wait period before assistance comes through via email/phone call or live chat...it feels good knowing help can come almost immediately after raising concern..also helps avoid delays due delayed responses by techs who might think issues won

Easy to use, with little learning curve

The tool is very user friendly especially for those who are not in IT world yet it's easy enough even if you don't know how computers work or what they do! I really like this because there was no need of any training before using their software as everything seems so simple from start till end (even though sometimes some things can be confusing). Also customer service has been great since we've started working together - nothing but support & answers whenever needed!! Nothing at all dislike…
