Very useful if you aren't looking forward in dealing with IT yourself

I like that kio does not force any particular software choice or even hardware configuration. The fact that it can be used as-is is very helpful for those who want something simple without having to worry about customizing everything themselves from scratch. We do not have anything we dislike at this time. It's easy enough to use that many people are able to figure out how to use it without much instruction. Our users were able to quickly set up their own workstations and servers using ourโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Easy installation
  • Customizable options available with some thought put into them.
  • Good UI/UX design, great looking interface!
  • Fast response times when contacting support in case issues arise (even if they're minor)
Cons
  • Not intuitive initially; you need experience before knowing what all buttons mean.
  • No way currently other than through phone contact directly
