I really wanted to love it after seeing it on YouTube. Unfortunately the pen is too thin to be used as a ballpoint pen. The tip is too wide and not sharp enough for a clear separation. It's cheap plastic. I was disappointed. I still use it from time to time but I don't think it works any better than a regular comb for detailing and the ponytail is useless to me. I have 3c 4a curls.

The comb is durable and worth the money. When dealing with ethnic hair, the handle/pick is non-metal and thicker, more convenient for combing and combing.

This is amazing My son has 4c long hair but he doesn't like brushing his hair on wash days at all. Before he cut off all his hair we tried this product and it works wonders! Suitable for children and approved for children!

I really like this brush. I just brushed my curls and it helped a lot. My point is to be careful with the side with the smaller teeth as they will get tangled in loose hair. Besides, it's a great investment for wavy curly curly hair.

I'm not sure what I expected from this, but it didn't even come close to detangling the hair on my head. The plastic was too soft for the small bristles and the large bristles don't work for my 4a/4b curls. Great concept but poor execution.

I really like this multipurpose detangler. It is perfect for detangling my naturally fine type 4b hair. I love the double-sided coarse and fine teeth for detangling and the pointed tip for parting/slicing. I am very happy with this purchase.

I lost the first one I liked it so much I bought another one. My hair is about 24 inches and thicker and this tool works great for me. Also a nice compact size for three functions.

I have a mixture of 4a and 4b thick hair. The bristles and handles of this comb are pretty good at detangling hair, especially when brushed in small sections. ATTENTION BEFORE THE END OF THIS COMB! The comb is composed in such a way that there are tiny gaps at both ends and these gaps will rip out your hair. I will try to fill my comb with drops of resin but if that doesn't work this comb will never be part of my routine.
