I was planning on using this on the sink septum after getting tired of sucking. It didn't fit the stainless steel divider in the sink but my husband plans to bend it to fit. Sticky baskets don't work as kids put dirty dishes on the side of the cart and knock it over. The trolley itself is very solid but wasn't what I was looking for.

It's very strong but too narrow for my ceramic sinks. I don't know how to use the sticky back hook as it seemed too big (too much space between the top of the shell and the hooks) to be of any use. I'll say if I could use it, this thing would last forever. It took me forever to take it off when I realized it wasn't going to work.

**Update** 11/22/2021. I wanted to come back and update this review to find that this sponge still looks brand new after many months of use. Absolutely no rust or discoloration of any kind. Looks like we hung it in the sink for the first time that day. Highly recommended. This sponge holder seems durable and looks beautiful. Perfect size to hold our sponge, can even fit two if you'd like. Time will tell if it really is stainless steel and won't rust, but for now we're happy with the purchase.

Ordered because it fits the sink perfectly (sink same size as pictured, measurements etc) but was very disappointed. Firstly, a small part of the area where the wash stick/brush was placed was slightly dented (the part not touching the sink). No big deal since he was small. Tried the product as soon as it arrived and it did NOT work. It was too small in width. Like I said, very disappointing. If your sink is smaller than listed, this might work. If it is the same size as listed, do not try.

It is durable and serves its purpose. However, I measured my sink before purchasing to make sure it would fit. The bottom half fits snugly in the center of the bowl, but as the top half slides down, it gets tighter and tighter. It sticks out about 3/4 inch from the center of the sink. I'm so tired from moving that I don't care. I tried to bend it but it won't bend. Sometimes it jumps up more and I have to press hard on it again. any difficulty. But it really keeps the sponge strong and durable.
