One shelf is perfectly aligned, the other is, shall we say, a bit untidy. The end rods were soldered about 1/8" too close to the end and it threw off the rest. Okay, this made the rod with the "legs" crooked (not bent) a bit, but that didn't detract from its intended purpose. I just received this last week and have used it about 20 times (I cook A LOT). I need them for a "smaller" cooler for my husband's favorite breakfast (extra crispy hash browns) and they are PERFECT.
