Not as good as Pampered Chef

I was very disappointed with this product. After about 20 years of use, the lettering on my Pampered Chef measuring tape came off on all sides. Thought it sounded like a decent replacement. It's not that convenient to use and doesn't have a spout for pouring liquid. Good for dry ingredients, mayonnaise, and peanut butter, but smelly for liquids.

Pros
  • Excellent workmanship
Cons
  • Waiting too long

Peanut Butter Peerless

Saw Elton Brown use this peanut butter cookie and needed one. I've used it for PB, coconut oil and sour cream so far and it's great. Take it apart and throw it in the dishwasher. No more scooping sticky ingredients into the measuring cup and then scooping it out again; Simply pick up and pull out, scrape off with a spatula, done. Love it.

Pros
  • Quick Change
Cons
  • Almost Never

Great for measuring peanut butter!

Bought to replace a Pampered Chef mug that broke after several years of use. Now that this inner glass is opaque, you cannot measure liquids in it as easily as you would in a PC. However, this one glides much easier than my old one and works great with sticky solids (peanut butter, anyone?) that need to be squeezed out. I'll just use different measuring cups for my liquids.

Pros
  • Always liked it
Cons
  • I don't say anything

Neat and clean for messy measurements.

Well designed and easy to use for measuring viscous substances like honey, mayonnaise, lots of ketchup etc. Two caveats: a measuring cup is quite small; I would suggest buying two cups. Second, always hand wash. Regardless of the use, plastic can crackle in the dishwasher. The marks can also disappear and wash away in the car. I haven't had that with this particular brand, but that's been my experience in the past.

Pros
  • Worth the money
Cons
  • Fine
