I was looking forward to using this mold. Unfortunately I had to return it because the workmanship was uneven. There was a small dent on one of the corners with several metal dots sticking out that were rough to the touch.

This bread pan does the job perfectly; It is very easy to clean, nothing burns, bakes bread well. I have no complaints about this item. :>) I baked five different types of bread and everything turned out as it should have been. Excellent.

I bought this pan because I wanted to bake Shokupan (Japanese Tangzhong milk bread). This worked really well, although you have to make sure I follow the recipe quantities exactly so you don't blowout. Warms well and is easy to clean.

Pictured is my first attempt at a Pullman bread, a very dark rye bread with toasted seeds and a black lager. I put the lid on to let the bread rise and next time I won't cover it. It took too long to rise and it leaked out of the corners of the lid. I cleaned it and covered it with a lid for baking. It turned out a beautiful bun, and it came out of the mold just perfect! Next time just plastic wrap to lift.

I wanted this pan for baking bread in general but also for studying pain de mie! I LOVE this little pan! The texture makes my love cute and stylish. The advantage of the lid is that the bread is square and almost crustless. I appreciate its finish, I just add a little butter and the bread comes out instantly. I hand wash it to maintain its durability. Nice addition to my casserole dish that I will use often!

Best baking pan ever! Truly non-stick! This is my first time using a Pullman bread pan with a lid and I'm really impressed! When I butter the sides and bottom, the metal feels smooth, the bread comes out absolutely perfect, and it's super easy to clean. I wish I had bought it sooner. This pan is the best I've ever baked. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to bake perfect and delicious bread that is easy to slice.

Bought this pan about 2-3 months ago and have used it at least once a week since. The pan cooks evenly and the shape of the loaves is perfect for making sandwiches. I have baked bread with and without a lid - in any case, it turned out perfectly. Bread comes out easily and the pan is easy to clean. The pan has three small vents at the bottom and they can get clogged with batter, but they can be cleaned with soap and water during cleaning. I highly recommend this Pullman bread pan!

Generally works well but I didn't look at all the pictures on the product page before ordering. I clearly wanted this pan to be used for thinner quick (soda) bread recipes using alternative flours. I got worried when I saw the holes, but I ended up putting a piece of greased parchment paper on the bottom of the loaf pan before pouring the batter in. I also placed the pot on a baking sheet in the oven. I baked a loaf using a combination of dark rye, whole wheat spelled and whole wheat einkorn…

I have to admit right away that I didn't return this product because of a defect, but because I didn't take the time to read the entire listing. I was so excited to see such a good pullman in this size (1lb) for less than $20 that I clicked buy now before looking at the photos which clearly shows the product is ventilating is.
