Big Little Pain de Mie Pan!

I wanted this pan for baking bread in general but also for studying pain de mie! I LOVE this little pan! The texture makes my love cute and stylish. The advantage of the lid is that the bread is square and almost crustless. I appreciate its finish, I just add a little butter and the bread comes out instantly. I hand wash it to maintain its durability. Nice addition to my casserole dish that I will use often!
