These knives are great quality! I’ve purchased this brand multiple times. But this knife came in unsharpened. That's my review!

My husband purchased this knife for his own use in the kitchen. He likes it. Quality product, nice weight, lovely handle.

Good weight and balance. Easy to clean and wipe down. Comes sharpened. Cuts fruits, vegetables, meats, and fingers effortlessly.

I didn’t even use it once because as soon as I lifted it up I knew it was too heavy for my hand and wrist. It is a beautiful item and for the right person I’m sure it would be perfect. It just wasn’t for me unfortunately.

This is one BAD ASS knife- Much much better than I though it would be.It Chops, Dices, Slices- Wont rust bust or collect dust (lol)But in all seriousness Its a super value- I absolutely love it.Shipped super fast.Full Tang I find excuses to use it

Nice slick design, very sharp and lightweight BUT NOT for butchering. I used this knife to butcher our chickens and used a wooden plank for my chopping board. This is the result, I didn't realize the dents until I saw there's a big chip of the metal. No longer usable.I searched for meat and bone cleaver and this is one that shows up so probably need to revise that description that this knife is only good and best for chopping veggies.

The handle where it meets the metal tang are not the same size the metal is just slightly larger and every time you move your hand up or down the handle it scrapes your fingers very poor handle construction most definitely would not recommend purchasing this product

The Kitory knife is light weight but heavy enough to cut though a head of cabbage with with ease. This knife is very well balanced and very sharp right out of the package.

As many have said, this really is a terrific value as long as you don't start comparing the steel/carbon chemical make-up with others some may find unequal. That said, however, for non pro users such as myself, after 5 tries, I've found what I've found it to be just right in terms of overall performance, sharpness, weight and even ergonomics. Nice knife. It’s shorter than I expected, the length in the description includes the handle, but it’s a nice knife. I use it to cut chicken and smaller meats.

Probably of some use if you have to butcher a large animal but in the kitchen, it is too large for anything you are likely to prepare for dinner. The curved blade requires a completely different knife skill to slice, dice, etc. At best, a novelty that will find a place in the back of some drawer in the kitchen.

This knife is great, but comes without a case and is so sharp. That's my feedback. I am afraid to keep it uncovered in the drawer.
