I'm so glad this Kittywalk exists. My cats love it! I've never had indoor cats, but in this area it's a must. Every time I go outside my cats ask at the door to go for a walk! They love to feel the grass on their feet (and eat it too) and enjoy sitting there for hours. I have one of three cats that will snuggle up to him to see if he comes out or not. Installation took about 10 minutes. It was very easy. The only problem I had was closing the latches on the straps that hold the "doors" on either end. The net is much heavier than it looks in the picture. The frame makes a very robust impression. The case fitted well but was a bit cheap. The zipper broke when opening or closing the bag.
