The best thing about knowledge one is that you can create your own form or questionnaire in minutes, upload it to their server and start collecting data from clients and customers! I like that you can access all of your files at any time from anywhere, without having to worry about space or computer crashes! It's easy for me as an individual user because it is so simple - there are no hidden features (yet!). There isn't anything specific we dislike right now but if they want more users in their system then maybe some new options would be nice?
