3 stars because it worked fine at first, but after a few months it started to react and put my amp into protection mode. I need to check the cables. I'm currently waiting for a digital multimeter that I ordered through Amazon so I can do just that. I think my problem lies in the remote control. I have to wait and see. If my cables are not a problem I will upgrade and remove 3 stars.

First it's a decent amp set, the power cord is very flexible and the ground wire is decent BUT the cord doesn't fit the terminals or fuse box. Shave the strands off the wire just to try to match it. The fuse box is very good for a cheaper kit but if I had known what I know now I would not have gotten it. great pita for work

I think RCA is ok. But that with the power cable is complete nonsense. It's not copper. It's aluminum clad in copper. Big difference. It's very flexible, very soft, which means the wire isn't wrapped very tightly. I only have a small 5 channel on it. So far he's fine, but I don't trust him. I will upgrade it to a much better cable. I should have known better and just gotten something different the first time. Oh, and the little curls at the ends are trash. Just do not.

This cable set is a pretty good deal. What you actually get is 4 gauge wiring, although unfortunately it's not true copper. I really don't think it matters much because if that's your price point for wiring you won't have a setup that suffers from a lower quality electroplated aluminum core. This is a very reliable amplifier kit. The cables are of very high quality and everything you need to connect an amplifier or active subwoofer is included. I have no complaints about this kit, but I would recommend that you make sure you actually crimp or press the connector against the power cord. The power cord is true 4 gauge and very thick.
