Excellent 35mm film for the price

Suitable for any 35mm film camera. For me it was bought for canon ae1. The low ISO works well in well-lit environments (e.g. outdoors). He also claims that there is less grain in the film if you try to reduce it. The quality for the price is excellent, especially if you are new to cinema. Happy shooting!

UPDATE: A roll of film is missing

LIFE DEALS promptly replied to my letter regarding the missing roll and took care of this issue. I wish I had a role as I love this film but I agree with how the company handled the blunder. First review: I ordered a 4 pack of Kodak Ultramax 400 Speed 35mm 36 film but I only received 3 packs. I was happy with the delivery time but I really need another reel that I bought.

  • Delicious

  • Could have chosen a newer model

Great Value: Film Photography

Product is exactly as advertised. 4 rolls 400 speed 36 shutter speed for 35mm camera. I've always liked Kodak. I use a professional camera and my photos come out with amazing and professional quality. I photographed during the day and the moon at night and the film worked great in any light. I will continue to buy Kodak and highly recommend this product. This is the lowest price I have found and I will continue to shop here. I paid full price for this item.

  • Absolute Legend

Realistic Colors - Film

I have been shooting on color film for about 50 years and have always trusted Kodak to produce true to life colours. I have a lot of very good film cameras as well as digital cameras and I love that film has a wider dynamic range than my digital cameras. I live in Vermont, take a lot of scenic photos, and really like what I see. I'm also reluctant to spend $12 on a roll of film given the added processing cost. Of course, getting a competent film processor is essential to getting great photos.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Bad impression

Solid movie! - Movie

I really like this movie. It gives the photos a kind of vintage look. Make sure it's suitable for your intended use, but I find when I'm shooting outdoors it almost gives the shots an old western feel. Works great in my Pentax MX. I don't like it for indoor shots, I'll go to 800 at this point, but it's great for outdoor shots if you want a vintage look. I also use 800 when photographing animals outdoors. 400 is great for landscapes.

Pros
  • Everything is Good!
Cons
  • There are problems

The woman is happy! on film

Woman found her old SLR camera from the 90's and was dying to take some photos for nostalgia and fun so I ordered this film for her. The film was well packaged and doesn't expire until August 2020. I would recommend getting a film de-aeration tool to pull the film tab out of the canister if you only use half a roll and then switch to black and white. I was working in a darkroom in the late 90's and I completely forgot about rewinding the film... to use it later you switch the film type, pullโ€ฆ

Like a consumer film

Good film with some grain. Colors are decent, but not the richest overall. I prefer Colorplus 200 for this. Sometimes some photos can look very saturated, crisp, almost digital. The grain is very beautiful in these moments. Bad for night shots. It is best suited for sunny weather and looks very soft in bright cloudy weather. Film is tolerant of overexposure but not underexposure. So please rate this iso200 and expose for shadows. If you are in shadow you can overexpose one more step (biggerโ€ฆ

Colorful as always! in Film Photography

After realizing that the film I had ordered for the event would not arrive on time, I decided to buy this film and hope for the best. It came a day before I needed it. (Hooray Prime!) I've been very impressed with many other Kodak films, but I've never used this film. For the record, I have been shooting on 35mm film for almost 7 years and am very familiar with the range of films available. WOW, this film is colourful! It was perfect for shooting this already rich set. There's an obviousโ€ฆ
