🚰 KOHLER 1056336-CP Hose Kit: Enhanced Braided Spray with Quick-Connect Review

I have a white Kohler Coralais faucet. It was very easy to install. There is a video on the web that you can watch that has very good instructions. I think it took 15 minutes to remove the old one and put the new one in. Hey, quick update. A year later, the black rubber O-ring on the faucet began to stick and loosen. I sprayed a very small amount of silicone grease on it and it stopped sticking. Very happy with the product.

I used this kit to replace a leaking hose on a Kohler "Fairfax" faucet head. It was indeed the original parts package (purchased from Revain as seller) recommended by a Kohler parts inspector, but the head containing the washer + strainer gasket + gasket retainer was slightly too large to fit my discontinued faucet's hub assembly. Luckily you can remove the hose head that rotates around the ball and replace it with a matching fitting from your old hose.

3 stars for 2 reasons. 1) At the bottom of the hose where it attached to the quick connector was a small piece of plastic smeared with silicone. I had to use a small drill to loosen it and then blow through the other end to get it out. I have no idea why it was there. 2) The price is just outrageous. $30 for this piece of junk plastic is a price drop, but if you want this part, what else do you do?
