I would keep looking if your dog is very small.

I don't like the fact that the clip on the dog's collar is too heavy. I have a 6 pound dog and he is easy to deal with. But I wish it was easier for him to carry.

Good quality, hard work.

Strong cable, strong hold. I would recommend replacing the hook that attaches to the collar with something that swivels - it comes with a carabiner and my dog gets tangled up in it. Time. Good quality.

Very durable. Not ideal for small dogs.

I bought this for my small dog, an Italian greyhound, it is definitely for a larger dog. It looks a bit weird when attached to his collar but works well. The piece that attaches to the collar is quite large if you have a small dog. To fix this, I simply put a dog harness on and attached it to her.
