no complaints, for the ribs it does its job well. I wouldn't use it to cut tender meat, as handling requires some effort. you get tired quickly.

First we used them in a Korean BBQ restaurant and then ordered them for ourselves. They cut well almost everything and are not filled yet.

I used these scissors at a Korean BBQ once and had to buy some! I use scissors at work from time to time to cut insulation, tape and all kinds of construction items. And I have to say that these scissors last longer and work much better than my custom Milwaukee bulking scissors which broke after 1 month of ownership.

Not really much to say but this thing cuts through 1.5 inch thick steak and that's all I need to know. :) It goes really well with whatever meat or poultry you have. This makes grilling or, for example, cutting meat into small portions much easier for children. Hold the pliers in one hand and just cut. The material seems very strong and cutting through the flesh was very easy and clean. I am very happy with it. Only use it for cutting meat and it is also not suitable for frozen meat.
