This stuff actually works as advertised but the bottle is so small it took me two uses. I had to transfer it to another bottle because none of the atomizers that came with it worked. I don't know why but they sent me an empty bottle and another type of atomizer but this atomizer didn't work either. It works, but they need to drastically improve the delivery system and sell it in bottles that can be used more than once.

Pretty small bottle and doesn't seem designed for big messes. The bottle is a gentle mist compared to a spray and the range is fairly limited. The scent is neutral as far as I can tell and seems to work on almost any surface. We've used this on cat pee and as far as odor removal goes, it does the job pretty well. It's not a cleaner, but it takes a VERY important first step, and that's what this product is worth.

The instructions say: "Dissolve 3-5 grams of the product in 0.5 liters of warm water. Clean the items by applying the prepared solution to the surface. After application, leave on for 1.5-2 minutes (avoid drying), scrub with a brush/cloth/sponge. Wipe clean with a dry cloth." When I see "dissolve," I think of a dry product that is meant to be mixed (and dissolved) into a liquid. This product comes as a liquid, not a dry product. I guess you mix the product with water and use the same spray size
