Scrap on Cheese

Rotating tube creates scratches that melt with the cheese. We've cleaned it many times, but it goes on. Clearly defective product

Pros
  • Cheese Slicer
Cons
  • Nothing

The knife rubs against the spindle and gives off a rough blackness

The knife and spindle rub together so that a black precipitate is formed, which is transferred to your cheese. It looks like the knife hits the spindle. Not very appetizing and a great way to ruin expensive cheese.

Pros
  • Household and kitchen
Cons
  • I don't remember, but there was something

Works perfectly! good for cutting cheese

Nice sharp blade edge. Makes good cheesy curls as expected. A great different way to enjoy different cheeses to bring out more natural flavors. Shared with friends who have never seen such a device and two have already made a purchase for their home!

Pros
  • Kitchen Utensils and Gadgets
Cons
  • confused

Almost completely useless. The cheese is coated with fat.

The metal tube on the blade was smeared, and the cheese was covered with fat. Also, the metal tube extends farther than the blade, so we had to cut down the center of the cheese with a paring knife to get the blade in contact with the cheese.

Pros
  • Kitchen and dining room
Cons
  • Protection
